I'm very impressed with this firm. I had left a message with them late last night regarding a potential lawsuit that I later discovered wasn't part of their specialty since it didn't involve a personal injury. They could have easily dismissed my message. However, they were courteous and professional enough to give me a call the next day and offer me some advice...not a referral to another firm, just simple help that they could not at all benefit from in anyway. I have to say I don't CHAT! My first chat was when I called Rosenbaum and Rosenbaum. I answered questions asked of me but I felt like I was talking to another person.
