I have to say I don't CHAT! My first chat was when I called Rosenbaum and Rosenbaum. I answered questions asked of me but I felt like I was talking to another person. I'm very impressed with this firm. I had left a message with them late last night regarding a potential lawsuit that I later discovered wasn't part of their specialty since it didn't involve a personal injury. They could have easily dismissed my message. However, they were courteous and professional enough to give me a call the next day and offer me some advice...not a referral to another firm, just simple help that they could not at all benefit from in anyway. For a company to do that and get nothing in return, that demonstrates a lot to me.

Amazing service, from the first call I made to visiting the office I always felt welcomed. Case managers, receptionists, my attorney Jordan, all staff are all really patient, super polite and professional. Staff members greet you with a smile and wonderful hospitality. My attorney Jordan, went above and beyond and got me the full amount on the insurance policy of the at fault driver. The insurance low balled me many times and Jordan stepped in was firm on getting me the highest amount possible which he did. I never once felt I was being rushed into anything or forced to settle. I always felt this firm had my best interest and am glad I went with them. 100% would recommend to anyone looking for a vehicle accident attorney.

It begins with the receptionist who answer’s the phone in a cheerful tone and directs your calls or concerns with ease and remembers what your calling for or who you need to reach. I loved that it made you feel like you’re the only case they have. Jordan is an excellent attorney and when it comes to negotiations he doesn’t take no or the first offer which I loved!
