Great experience with this firm. Kevin Klein is an excellent lawyer. He keeps his word. He follows up. He gives you updates. He does not beat around the bush and is very honest. He was very knowledgeable, would always clarify the information given, and ask if you had any questions. It was easy to get in contact with and he was just an all around personable person. Dear Elizabeth,it is my pleasure to write you about Matt Gammons, a very special man, and I believe a fine lawyer.My mother past away in June after a lengthy hospital stay at New York Presbyterian. I did not have a clear understanding of what occured. It was a surreal experince, I was alone in a vacuum with no support.After much reflection I felt a medical investigation was in order. I requested a CD of her stay from Verisma that arrived damaged. A second CD was requested to no avail. I there after contacted Matt after I checked his impressive credentials on the internet. He was very nice and advised me to tell Verisma that I would report this to the Department of Health if the CD is not forcoming. Also that I should mail him the CD (in December) once I reseved it. I had given him an overview of my mothers journey. I had no experience with medical neglecense issues and very greatful Matt was willing to give his time to review the findings. This was quite an undertaking and I felt very blessed to have him consider doing this. He had no guarantee of a legitimate case but I experienced a commited man who took his time to try to give me the truth explaining issues and what occured.Besides his legal expertise he demonstrated character, kindness and compassion. A real humanitarian, a credit to this law firm, to his family and society.My heartfell thanks and appreciation to Matt for taking on this "assignement" with professionalism and a genuine generousity of spirit.
