In Brooklyn, a fatal collision claimed the life of a 62-year-old woman in June 2015. According to reports, she was hit by a Cardella Trucking Company truck, despite having the walk signal. The 39-year-old truck driver has since been arrested and faces charges for causing the death of a pedestrian by failing to yield. This is a misdemeanor charge.
Surveillance footage revealed the details of this tragic incident.
